Guarantor loans
thinking into 2010 and my new extension i am currently checking out the guarantor loans market place, this is turning out to be quiet an eye opener as the difference rates applied to the loan are really varied.
we have had the plans drawn up and submitted the planning application which in due course was approved appointed a builder and prepared to undergo a massive shack up in our domestic lives.
having had one extension done before this second extension left us under no illusions of what our life would be like for the next four months. the main concern as we found out last time was the disruption to our two staffordshire bull terriers buster and bomber.

Baby names
is it me or are people now trying to out do each other with baby names, long gone are baby Jeff and baby John, we had a spate a few years ago of mercedes and Porsche along with chardonnay and chelsea were taken up with great gusto by the masses, then ther was a swing towards the American market place, AHH.

Photo books
thinking back to my boyhood me and all my friends had scrapbooks, all the same format and not much change from on to another Photo books have changed the traditional scrapbook for ever, no longer are the books filled with blank, plane pages each and every page can now have a different format.
Photo books have now revolutionised the way we keep our memories, its amazing to think that no one has not thought of this till now, scrapbooks and photo albums have been going years i had as a kid my Everton scrapbook which i kept in immaculate condition but just meant me sticking stuff in it and then on to the next page.

Team Building
people bang on about Team Building events and how they bonded, but i thought a lot of this is the corporate crew sycophants sucking up to the bosses, how wrong was i my firts team building program was held in the buitiful location of the Toramaqada hotel in Porto benus.
waking up that morning and not really looking forward to making myself look stupid in this fabulous location i sauntered down to the pool with the mindset were a team therefor the will be other people in my team to do the work whilst i look upon in a sort of supervisory roll, seemed like a good plan to me.

Hair Transplant
getting to my age i am in the process of pondering when i will need a Hair Transplant and wondering how long i have left with the hair i have at present.
at 43 i am not doing to bad and have always had the philosophy of not being bothered what colour it went as long as i stayed on my head. as the ravages of time take their toll it is now starting to bother me a bit more than it did in the 80’s.
